I met my late husband, Neil, at Millmerran Presbyterian Church where his parents had a property growing grain and Poll Herefords. My dad was a mechanic in Millmerran.
After we had our son, We moved to Armidale, NSW for 17½ years to a cattle sheep and irrigation farm. That's where our daughter was born. Our daughter now has 3 daughters of her own and lives elsewhere. Our son lives and works locally in Gympie.
We returned to Qld for health reasons and bought at Lower Wonga, about 500 acres with a mixed Droughtmaster Brahman herd. We have been back in this area for 29 years now and I still love the country with all the beautiful trees, mountains and scenery.
I worship at the Wesleyan Methodist at Amamoor and love to encourage people in the Lord.Less...

Helen9am - 12md ThursdayI became involved in CCR in the first year of going to air. I have seen many changes and improvements since that time and with the Lords help this "grandma' has managed to survive the challenges. I have met and been blessed by many CCR volunteers over the years.
I am married to Mike and we have two daughters and multiple grandchildren. What a joy!
I spent my working life as a physiotherapist and a few years as a day care mum and a toy librarian when my own children were very young.
I am involved with the Anglican Church here in Gympie. I enjoy reading, Gardening, Knitting, Quilting and minding grandchildren.

Now retired from paid work I am busier than ever with Cooloola Christian Radio, R.E, Craft, Church activities and Grandchildren!
